Q: How to ensure not fade?If it fades, how much percentage it will loose?
A: All the WPC product will fade a little after it is exposed to the sun and undergoes the weathering. The anti-UV additives are added to reduce the fading and it will be much suitable for outdoor. During the first 3 months, the color may change a little, but it will not affect the overall effect. After that, it will become be natural without further change anymore.
Q: How to maintain the WPC products?
A: The WPC products will not decay, splinter or crack. Besides, it can protect against the UV rays. WPC products need no special maintenance.
Q: Which kind of screw will apply to WPC products more?
A: Suggest using high-quality screw such as stainless steel, hot-dip galvanizing and etc. And BAREFOOT specially recommend using self tapping screw which will help to enhance its nail-holding power.

| 1. When you install the composite decking, firstly you should make hardening pretreatment to the ground, and then fix the joist in the hardening ground. 2. Consider about 8mm (0.315in) spacing to the building when installing the solid decking. And Install the solid decking onto the joist with visible nails or screw. 4. Choose complementary board to edge board according to the size of the joist and decking after completing the construction. |
